All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using An Post may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Order & Collect
We also offer a order and collect service here at Anchor Crafts but it does require you to pay for the items and the order in full online.

Please select "Local Pick Up" at Checkout so that you are not charged for delivery and once your order has been paid for, it will be kept for 7 days, after which, should you fail to collect your order, it will be returned to stock and you will be issued a refund upon request.
How To Return An Item
Anchor Crafts will only accept returns of faulty goods. Should something not fit you then we will happily exchange it for you. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
It is imperative that you follow the correct procedure. An email detailing the fault, accompanied by pictures and proof of purchase, should be emailed into Anchor Crafts. The proprietor of Anchor Crafts will then assess these claims against photographs of the item taken at the time of delivery and assess the extent of the claim.
Postage charges will only be reimbursed if it is found that there is genuine fault to the item.
